Dr. Chang, Ph.D., a well-respected leader of the Chinese community in Calgary, Alberta, introduces the course. Dr. Chang is the President of the Alberta Chinese Community Congress and the Calgary Chinese Cultural Society. He is a Professor of Mathematics at the University of Calgary.
